Subsystem spiralcraft.pioneer.httpd

This subystem provides a lightweight web server and servlet runner that implements the Java Servlet specification version 2.4.

The containing module, spiralcraft-pioneer adds approx 500K of code, including dependencies, to a spiralcraft-core module installation, for a total installation size of about 1.5MB.

The instantiation and configuration of the web server is performed using the spiralcraft.builder system, which more or less allows running or embedding the web server in an almost limitless variety of situations.
